*** served me, and part exchanged some of my goods in credit which I put towards my new acoustic. He dealt with me professionally and fairly, and very quickly, but at the same time in a friendly manner. When I go to london's guitar shops down Denmark street, I feel intimidated, but didn't feel scared to have a test for as long as I wanted in the shop while he sorted some other customers and didn't pressure me at all.
