Not the best location but apart from that the staff are very welcoming and willing to help. There's a pretty comprehensive range of gear available and customers are encouraged to try before buying. Ideally there would be some cubicles in which to try stuff but space is limited. Overall it's the best music shop in Leicester by a long way, and for service it's one of the best full stop! A range of quality used gear would be the icing on the cake.
