I did a bit of research on a guitar for a beginner myself and then phoned Music Junkie in Leicester. The man I spoke too was very very helpful and we completed my transaction over the phone - I also had some accessories I wanted for a gift. I then called in two weeks later and collected my purchases - the service was excellent and Iwill always use this store in the future. Hope to buy a ukelele in the spring
