I had found a Fender Rumble 500 combo and put a deposit down on it as it needed to be ordered in, then decided I would buy the matching 210 cabinet. I looked online and found Music Junkie, who had the absolute best deal on it. I ordered it straight away, and despite a little hiccup with SagePay(not Music Junkie's fault and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue) the cab arrived the very next day. Next week came and still no word on the amp - 5-7 days was all I'd been told. I had another look and saw that Music Junkie had the 500 combo listed for an amazing price. I called to check they had it in stock, the guy on the phone said the prices were changing but hadn't online yet so he'd need to check they could do it at that price...not a problem, and it would be with me next day at no extra charge! A couple of days after the amp had arrived I received a personal message from Kyle, one of Music Junkie's staff who'd helped me with my initial order, asking how everything was working out and wondering what bass I'm playing through it(Danelectro Longhorn) - really lovely to have that level of interest and care for your customers, particularly given I was an online sale from Glasgow whilst they're in Leicester.
