I sent my HTC One M8 in full working condition for the quote of £55. Received an email saying that it was not in the condition specified as the sim tray was missing and that £5 was the new offer. I rang to address this and the customer service was terrible and they were rude. They told me that they were not willing to replace my sim tray or increase the price so I declined. My HTC One M8 has now been returned and is in a worse condition than it was sent and its value has been effected. Disgusting service.
