I sent an iPhone 5s with original charging cable and plug and box. They said it was faulty and I did not accept their revised price. My phone was returned to me but no charging cable/plug! I have emailed 3 times and phoned 5 times. No response to emails and on hold when I phone. I would give this "company" 0 out of 5 ðŸ˜
