This whole experience has been abysmal from start to finish starting with the collection and ending with the payment that I'm still waiting for 2 months later.
The price has been constantly knocked down to virtually nothing for 6 used iPhones.
Never before have I encountered such abysmal service, please do yourself a favour if you've got a used phone to sell go to a high street store.
