I sent my Samsung Galaxy Alpha to them, it was only a year and a half old, and I only sent it to them to get some money towards a new phone.
When I sent it it fit all the criteria for 'Good' condition.
I then had an email to say it was not as I had said.
So their offer of £50.60 went down to £7.40, as the home button didn't work!
I received it back, and low and behold my home button has been stuck down!!
It had absolutely no issues until I sent it there and now it is ruined completely.
Avoid these scammers.
