Generally poor prices for your products (dvds and cds) in comparison to other sites like Ziffit.
Experienced huge time-wasted with being referred to checkmend due to a 'block' on my phone. Once I found there was no block, i was then informed that Music Magpie could no longer process my order due to the 'block'.
