I sent off an Ipod Touch in excellent condition. No scratches as a screen protector had been used. When they received it, Music Magpie emailed to say it was in poor condition and the casing was broken, so would I accept a lower price. I had packaged it well so I didn't think it could have been damaged in the post. I felt something wasn't quite right so I requested it be returned to me. It was still in perfect condition!
Avoid this company. They are clearly dishonest.
