I'm not normally one for putting stuff on fb but I want to make sure no one tries to trade in their old phone with music magpie!!! On their website I got a quote of £130.00 for my old phone providing it met all the criteria-it did. I sent away my phone to then get an email stating said phone was not in the specified condition, as it had liquid damage to the screen, and the revised offer was £13!!!! There was no damage to the phone when I sent it, and what's more, the Sony phone is waterproof!!! I declined the offer and got the phone back, and as you can see from the photos, there is absolutely no damage!! So please be aware everyone that MUSIC MAGPIE are complete con artists, and don't waste your time using them!!! Feel free to share this so that no one uses this company!!!
