Customer service is basically non-existant or very ignorrant.
I bought the wrong item on amazon and cancelled it three minutes later. With the excuse that it was out of office hours the seller ignored my cancelation and shipped the item instead. Since I am an international customer it would cost me more postage to return the item than the item is worth.
I would not buy there again.
