I cannot comment on selling goods to Music Magpie as I have only bought from them; all my experience is of buying second hand CD's and DVD's through them. As a savvy shopper, I shop around a lot before buying an item and Music Magpie are consistently one of the cheapest retail outlets for a wide variety of back catalogue on CD or DVD (conversely, they are not so often the cheapest for new releases or any new product). Generally speaking, I have found their items to be as described, the packing and shipping to be fairly quick and efficient and the customer service to be pretty good. On occasion they have contacted me to tell me that the item I ordered did not meet their inspection before it was sent out to me and that consequently they would be refunding me. On one occasion, I have found a cheap second hand CD album packaged in a digipack was missing its insert booklet but it hardly seemed to be worth sending the item back because of that. Generally speaking, I would recommend Music Magpie as a good company to buy cheap second hand CD's and DVD's from, particularly if you take advantage of their various offers, promotions, vouchers, etc. -with the caveat that occasionally some defective item might slip through the net and that it is then up to the buyer to decide if they wish to send it back for a refund.
