Musicmagpie has been quick and largely efficient when I have sold items to the company and the website makes entering bar-codes and other material clear. My only quibble are that I sent two orders in one box but was only paid for one, emails take a long time to answer and appear on my Twitter page (why???) and I cannot locate a telephone number (why???). Still. I will continue to deal with the company as I believe the mistakes are 'honest'!
