I sent 2 phones off, one of them everything was fine, I received my payment but a day later than they promise to send it, they received them at 5.50am and they say the payment will be sent the same day, what they fail to mention is that the payment will be sent the same day they get round to opening it.
The 2nd phone there was an issue and I've requested it be sent back to me. It's now been a week since I asked for the phone to be returned and I haven't received it. I've contacted MusicMagpie and they've said "Sorry, I can see that it hasn't been actioned yet" and that they "Can only apologise"
It's only at times when you need to deal with a companies customer service that you find out just how good they are, I'm sure if this had been a simple transaction it would have all been fine, but their service is very poor when it comes to having to sort out an issue.
