I sent them my iPhone 6s with the promise that they would give me £219 if it was in GOOD CONDITION! It has never been used out of a case (I even have a couple of cases for it that were never used), has had a brand new battery fitted by Apple this year under the "battery replacement program" Apple ran for this and later models, and was in perfect working order when I swapped the SIM card to my new iPhone X. I packed it up, sent it off and got an email telling me the proximity sensor wasn't working, and as such they could only offer me £90 for my mint condition phone.
I declined immediately - I wanted to contact them and give them a rocket, but they had my phone, so I bit my tongue! I waited a week to receive my phone back. It arrived today and I set it up again, called my wife's phone and guess what? It works perfectly! The proximity sensor detected my face and turned off the display as soon as I put it to my ear.
They must think everyone that offers them a phone must be either an idiot or desperate for any amount of cash. I am neither of those things ...it's their loss, and they deserve the mauling they get in this review.
