Technically, the process is slick, clever and pretty seamless. My arm muscles are also improving thanks to the exercise I get taking the boxes down to the Pass My Parcel place. So all in all a win win. Why only acceptable? That's not MM's fault - it's the depressed market for CDs and DVDs. Hey ho. I'll still keep using them though.
