Sent them a working iPhone 5s for sale. Received an email from them titled "Your item is not as specified. Please view our Revised Offer". They claimed the reason to be "Screen - green frame around LCD more than 1 cm" and so the offer was reduced to £19.50.
Needless to say the phone (and screen) was fine when I sent it to them. I instructed them to return the phone - I'd sooner throw it away than give it to them!
