I sent them two items:
The first item one of their 'most experienced' engineers was unable to turn on?! After providing evidence that it had worked fine at home they granted me a re-test... the device powered on fine.
Second item was re-valued after it was 'unable to connect to Wifi'. When I queried this they told me they couldn't turn the Wifi on. I asked which one they meant but after around 3 seperate attempts over the course of a month they failed to get back to me each time. They eventually offered to return the device rather than get a response from their tech department.
