I sent two products back to Music Magpie I received the money from one item but not the more expensive PS3 with games. I sent both parcels back and got receipts from the shop that had a Pass my Parcel service. I tracked both parcels on the Pass my Parcel web site. I could se both parcels had been delivered. I received the money for the Nintendo Wii but not the PS3. I sent an email explaining the situation I got a response saying the tracking number was no longer on their system. I followed the complaints procedure and have heard nothing. Please be aware if you send your items through this service even though you have a receipt of postage you may not get your money. Terrible company.
