The company themselves are great! Easy app to use, fast service and payment. The big let down is Hermes, who failed to collect my order 3 times. Music Magpie sorted it by sending Parcelforce instead, but I am not impressed with Hermes for this. However, I recommend Music Magpie in general, and have not experienced these issues in the past, as I have used them about a dozen times.
