Phone came without charger.
Contacted via email, was told to wait 48 hours for a response, no response received after 2 weeks.
Phoned customer services, was told that this is standard practice and they couldn't supply me with a charger. However, the fact that there would be no charger was not mentioned anywhere on the site when I ordered the phone.
