Their prices on used items are fantastic, although I wish they would describe the quality of these as I often get badly damaged products. They have a good policy of refunding or replacing CDs/DVDs that don't work properly, but I'd still like to know what level of quality to expect before I buy. I'd also like it if they streamlined their wishlist system as it's a bit slow to load and shows everything, even when it's out of stock.
