Bought an expensive iphone after about 3 months the battery stopped charging. They asked me to send it back and that usually it would be back with me in 5 to 7 days. They have had it now for 10 days and insist I delete my apple account before they will look at it (even though the battery is the problem) I rang them and they said they would ask the technician if I could just give my passcode but then said no. So 10 days no further forward. Had to delete my account (with all the hassle that causes) Will never use them again
