Absolutely rubbish, would never buy from again, 0 stars We ordered an unlocked Iphone 6 for my son for his birthday and music magpie sent a locked Iphone. Obviously this is totally useless and my son is gutted as the thing he wanted most for his birthday doesn't work. Despite music magpie making the error, taking our money and sending out something not fit for purpose or as described, we now have to wait over a week to receive a replacement. Try telling that to an 11 year old boy on his birthday! Customer service don't care and refuse to speed up their processes, even though they have made the error. All in all, this is a very disappointing experience and I will certainly not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else. In fact, I will be letting all our friends and family know about this shoddy experience so that they can save themselves the misfortune of dealing with this inept and uncaring company.
