The service is great. He only problem that I had was with the parcel being picked up. I rebooked the pick up three times before giving up and just taking it to a drop off point. But otherwise would use again but would drop the parcel off to stop the hassle of rebooking over again as I had to make sure that someone was in for the whole day which was a pain the first time never mind the third time
