Giving one star as isn’t possible to give zero.
Sent two fully functioning, close to new condition iPhones to Music Magpie after receiving very favourable offers for them.
After a few days got a message slashing the offers on both because they were apparently faulty/damaged. Rejected the offers and had the phones sent back to me.
Used O2 Recycle instead and got full price for the phones because they were not damaged.
Do not use this company.
