I paid for next day delivery and they sent me the wrong phone, I contacted them and it was in the return post within an hour. They said they never received it until I proved they had it via Royal Mail tracking. They have refused to refund my money still saying its not there.
No phone numbers and they pick and choose whether to reply on chat depending on the issue. They lied and it was proven they lied. They still have my phone and my money.
