Music magpie were the second cheapest when I went to sell my phone. The other company was someone I had never heard of before and didn't want to take the risk. I got the price from Music magpie took over a week to send it on as I was waiting for my upgrade and the price of my exchange went down but they honoured the higher price without me even asking. Money was sent the following day after they received the item.
