Bought an iPhone xs max in "pristine" condition but when it arrived it had a chip in the screen. I was told that a replacement would take 8 days so I agreed to return the phone and place a new order to speed things up.
When I received the new order it was in worse condition that the original phone, it had up-to 20 scratches on the screen. This again was meant to be "pristine" and have no signs of cosmetic wear.
I tried to complain to their support team but was just told I would have to send it back... again 8 day turn around.
So I now have no phone and £1500 out of my bank account as the refunds will take 8 days to be processed.
Either I was very unlucky or music magpie are selling "good condition" phones as pristine. Would not recommend this company.
