Very slick. Price on website was price paid out. Easy process to send the stuff back via the post office. Could do with a reminder on the return label of what you need to send (or not) as I had to double check for what needed to go back with the watch. Very clear on the website when getting a valuation but no further info on the return document. Would use again if price competitive at the time.
