I ordered an iPad Pro refurbished and they didn’t supply a plug to be able to charge the device up. I ask if they could send me one and was told no as they can’t PAT test the plug so they can’t send it out. Asked to speak to a manager and got an email back from customer services Saying this was a managers decision. Avoid this company they are cow boys.
