Sent an iPhone with a very small/light crack on the screen but otherwise excellent condition and they offered a lower price (due to the crack only) which I declined. They returned the phone and now it doesn’t even turn on. I’ve contacted them but they say it was broken on arrival (even though I have an iCloud update and proof of postage all on the same day). They have since fobbed me off with lies to try and make me go away.
Stay well away from this company. They damage your property then deny and ultimately ignore you!!!
