Once logged onto MusicMagpie, it was easy to get a price for my old phone.
A Royal Mail label was provided. I then received an update saying that my phone had been received and was being inspected. Within a few hours, confirmation was received that payment would be transferred to my bank account. The stated amount was received promptly.
