Paid £95 for a “very good” condition iPhone SE, received the phone but checked Battery Health under general settings; this said 91% overall battery but the phone had experienced an unexpected shutdown (not good at all) Emailed CC who replied to say return the phone, I asked if they’d match the “pristine” condition price of the handset they said no,
Thats why they’ve got 1 star. Clearly not doing the “90 different checks” it advertises.
Sent phone back they received on Monday, then email today to say they’ve received and will investigate the phone within 3 working days, slow and slack.
When companies do away with phone calls and insist on email only it just shows there probably fed up of dealing with customers, how is it quicker when it takes you a day to respond? Not even interested in your response tbh. Avoid.
