The experience with MusicMagpie was very nice. it was easy to use the app, scanned all the books and CDs. However, the labels for the Royal mail did not come often through and I had to write to the support team which was quite quick in response. To be honest I had a bit of stress with all the labels we did.
The different picture happened with Hermes. The label went through very quickly but the store still did not receive them. It is already a week since we send all the boxes.
Over all, I put Good hoping it will address the issues above.
