1. They claim to be contactable by telephone; they have no customer service phone number.
2. What customer services say they will do (by email) is not adhered to.
3. Despite volunteering to refund on an item that was not as described, they switched to offering a replacement after I had bought an alternative on the basis of what they proposed.
