Sent my iPhone to them in pristine condition after they valued it higher at £90 . They then offered me only £22 claiming it was already damaged (2 white spots on the screen) I know for a fact that it was in excellent condition . After I rejected their offer they returned the phone to me damaged. Basically my opinion is ;
it’s a scam where if you don’t accept the reduced offer they damage the phone and send it back to you claiming this was the way the phone was before you sent it to them. Stay away from this company like the coronavirus! My advice would be to take a most recent picture of your phone before you send it to them. Otherwise you have no evidence to substantiate your claim. Also there is no proper helpline other than an email service so no kind of Customer Service to get to the bottom of what happened. A Stonewalled generic response from them .
