I got the price for my old i phone from Music Magpie which was more than I was offered by Apple on line. I downloaded the instructions and the QR code and sent it off to Music Magpie. Apart from the delays in Royal Mail caused by the pressure of Covid 19, my phone arrived was inspected and payment received within 24 hrs after arriving at Music Magpie.
