Really easy to use and scan in my items, then package up, print label and so on was great, payment was brilliant, came on the same day as when my items were received. Full payment was given and all my items were accepted with no rejections or pay,ent disputes. Constructive Feedback: I arranged for collection by Hermes but they failed to come on three times, however I understand that in the current climate that could be expected, however it does make me nervous to use them again in the further. I took my parcel in the end to a collection shop that had just reopened.
