I've just used MM to sort out my books. This was a job that had been side-lined for a long while then I found myself stuck in 12-weeks self-isolation because of the current crisis with nothing better to do. Got no complaints - a lot of the books made much more than expected and I had very few rejections considering the final count was 15 boxes! Easy to use - box up, leave outside for MyHermes (who were great) and a few days later the money was in my PayPal account.
