Sold my iphone xr to music magpie. The transaction was easy as was posting it. Slight problem with them paying me for some reason; however, this was soon rectified.
I would have given 5 stars but there is no way to speak to an advisor on the phone. The company says 'to assist our customers we have ceased using the phone's or words similar.
Maybe I'm a bit of a dinosaur but when there is a problem it's nice sort it out over the phone.
Overall they did exactly what they said and were very efficient.
