Initially it was very easy to deal with Music Magpie unfortunately the courier service let them down at first. Once I liaised with both the carrier and MM, all checks were completed which confirmed it was lost in transit. MM still honoured the agreed amount which was paid into my account within a few days. Excellent service and I do recommend them
