I ordered a 4CD set. One disc was missing. I started the returns process etc. Musicmagpie asked why I wanted a refund [?!?] and then 'emailed' me to ask for an 'email address' to send a returns label [ ?!? ] and then when I replied saying use the one I'm 'emailing' you on etc they asked the same question again. This is absurdly poor service and I shall not recommend them.
