Timewasters always cut the online offer price.
Tried to sell my iPhone 8 Plus to them in good condition. They offered me £235 for the phone online then when they received the phone they cut the offer down to £141 quoting deep scratches as the reason. I don’t think they ever pay the online quoted price and offering £141 for an iPhone 8 Plus is quite frankly a joke. Would not use again and would not recommend. Go Mazuna the offer is Usually a bit less but at least they actually pay you what they quote.
