I tried selling a phone to them, quoted for a fully working Samsung Note 8 64gb. Whilst there is some colour fade, the phone is in excellent condition with no issues, and having been offered upwards of £165-£180 elsewhere I still went with music magpie at £180.
Received an email today stating the phone LCD has SIGNIFICANT bleed, and is therefore faulty and revised the offer to £36. Told them to get lost, and will sell elsewhere for the same amount.
