Sent a fairly expensive phone (only 2 years old) to them after bought a new one, was offered £170.00 but they emailed that the phone had screen burn and offered only £30.
Strange that the screen burn was from a site hardly ever used and would never leave it on long enough to burn the screen so asked for it back. The phone was returned in a filthy disgusting state, finger marks all over it which is a huge concern in this pandemic. The least they could have done was to clean it.
