Very straightforward transaction. App and the scanning is very easy to use. Some reviewers say that you can't add to an existing order - you can but it's not immediately intuitive. Got paid very quickly, they don't pay the best prices for CDs/DVDs but then I can't be bothered with auction sites and at the end of the day they're paying me to declutter my home.
