I love the philosophy, this is the first time I have purchased something, and I am impressed. The prices are low compared to other brands, the package is reusable. It may be good if you could send back the containers though and maybe get a discount for your new products, I am not sure if this is available to do honestly since already the prices are low, but the strategy of having the opportunity to have a membership is great.
