There was a lot of chaos with my delivery. Once I have up and ask for a refund, I not only got it immediately but also got the products for free. That's great customer service!
So far, I am happy. The ingredients are good, it is low waste and affordable. It doesn't look luxury or like much but a good product should not be judged by its appearance.
